Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing or using Amazing Sections (the “App”) or browsing amazingsections.com, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.
2. The service
Amazing Sections provides theme section blocks and related admin tools (including optional storefront URL analysis and subscription-gated access). Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must have authority to install apps on the store. You are responsible for protecting admin access to your store.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans and free trials are processed through the platform’s app pricing / billing system. Prices, taxes, currency display, trials, renewals, and cancellations follow that system and your store’s billing settings. If a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled or inactive, App features and installed App blocks may become unavailable until you subscribe again.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where allowed by law, overload our systems, or use the App for unlawful content or activity. Storefront URL analysis must only target stores you are authorized to analyze.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights to the App, branding, and website content. You retain rights to your store content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App.
7. Third-party services
The App depends on the commerce platform APIs, hosting providers, and your theme. We are not responsible for outages or changes by those third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific conversion results, or compatibility with every theme customization.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you are on a free trial only).
10. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
